Some of Our Latest Work

Bathroom Remodel
This bathroom was a remodel of an existing basement bathroom that had overstayed it's welcome! A fiberglass, clamshell shower surround and some floor tile were removed. It was replaced with a much larger shower, custom tile and stylish shower door.
Basement Finish
This project was fun and exciting. The basement was a fresh build and included a full bar, with 2 beverage refrigerators and a dishwasher! A bedroom, large family room, a 3/4 bathroom, and a media room with a 120" projector screen rounded it all out.

Deck Cover
This deck cover was added to a South facing deck which made the deck unusable in the summer, before 4pm. The cover is wired for lights, fans and an electric fold down television. The owner said, "the best part of the deck cover is that it doesn't look like an addition, it looks like it was built with the house!"
Basement Finish
This basement was a smaller, fresh build that was just under 600sqft. Although challenging due to its size, the basement turned out fantastic with a bedroom, ensuite 3/4 bathroom, family room and storage area.

Kitchen Cabinets
This kitchen was a mild remodel with a twist. One window was sacrificed for a full wall of custom made cabinets. All of the doors and hardware were updated to reflect the new cabinets and then everything (cabinets included) received a fresh coat of paint. Homeowners were delighted with the outcome and overjoyed with the extra storage!
Hogwire Deck Rail
This Trex railed deck was an earlier generation and was starting to deteriorate. The old rail was torn out and replaced with a new redwood framed rail that included galvanized hog wire panels. The transition from balusters to the hog wire opened up the feel of the deck and almost disappears when looking through the new panels. This not only increased the aesthetics of the deck but also from the deck.

Deck Remodel
This project started out as only needing new decking and rails, but progress was slightly detoured once rotting joists were discovered. Once the structure was repaired, the frame itself was planed, leveled, and waterproofed with butyl tape to prevent future water damage. A synthetic decking was then installed, along with a new maintenance free rail. The stairs were also redesigned to allow more room on the adjacent driveway.
